Your primary objectives will include optimizing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support our production schedules. You will use your leadership and management skills, deep understanding of inventory management systems, and a strategic approach to sourcing and procurement.You will report directly to the Senior Director of Production Planning, and you will work out of our Juarez, MX location on an On-site work schedule. You will partner with the SBG COE and SMEs to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of Rapid Response planning tools across your site. You will oversee the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your site and ensure finished goods production plans align to the site SRO/Revenue Plans to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labour and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity and working capital. You will create and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from your resources.
