Join our team.#CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:Our materials planner / coordinator will report into the Material Supply Manager Lead and will engage with the Planning, Plant Logistics Leader, Procurement and Projects teams. This role is responsible for the R&P planning process to guarantee FG availability through MRP planning, inventory value level management, inventory policy compliance, slow movers and obsolete management, and risk management for raw and pack materials for the S&OP and S&OE process.In this role, you will:MRP ownership to guarantee material availability for production, by generating orders to suppliers and managing those orders, in order to fulfill the production plan and required inventory levels.Material coverage analysis to identify potential mid- and long-term availability risks, due to demand or lead time variation, in order to provide visibility and build action plans that guarantee FG availability, through escalation with the procurement team and supplier follow-up.Analysis of slow-moving risks and write-offs that allow to mitigate supply risks and P&L impacts.Guarantee on-time & in-full arrival of materials to comply with the production plan.Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.Develop and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.Manage and own KPI's such as: Working Capital, Inventory Policy Compliance, % at-risk materials.Guarantee the right execution of innovation projects or material substitution, providing different write-offs scenarios always thriving for optimum scenarios.Collaborate with different stakeholders such as plant scheduler, master planning team by providing the right visibility and feedback required to achieve supply chain targets.Guarantee monthly forecast visibility to all R&P suppliers.Responsible for generating the inventory policy for R&P, its annual review and guarantee the required adjustments are made in SAP to execute it.What we look for:Years and Type of Experience:2+ years in materials supply planning roles.Desirable 3+ years of work experience in supply planning, Scheduling or Materials Supply Planning roles.Skills and Abilities:Able to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate next steps.Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.Desirable Experience using Advanced Planning software tools such as SAP ECC, BW, and Rapid Response.Ability to build strong relationships across the functions and levels.Demonstrated strong aptitude in analysis, root causes identification, and problem solving.We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences
