OFP responsibility for the Assembly production Line in Skid Steer Loader: Sustain, and improve trustworthy manufacturing assembly process to repeat and assure distinctive quality during each cycle time to build our motor drive vehicle through:
- Ergonomic & safe process.
- Standardized process based on work instructions and sequence of events.
- Process capacity assurance to meet takt time.
- Optimal process cost and labor standards.
- Analyze and review data for assembly and finishing operation to propose solutions and continues improvement.
- Review information for Defects per unit in Assembly to propose improvement.
- PFMEA´s and RPN´s Reduction, Review (SERA, BERA).
- Revie and resolve warranty in the assembly line.
