Degree of Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or related engineering profile.- Must have +5 years of practical work experience in a similar position.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and IE fundamentals.- Experience in the implementation of new product introduction and transfer projects.- Knowledge in line balancing, process flow, layout design, capacity and utilization analysis, ergonomics and material handling.- Experience in the use of tools for problem solving.- Ability to manage multiple projects.- Experience in manufacturing systems and assembly of components.- Management of MS Office, AutoCAD and SAP (desirable).- English (fluid conversation and writing).
