Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making processes across Carrier's diverse portfolio of innovative technologies. Specific responsibilities include:**Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)**:- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic objectives and operational needs within the Carrier Business Services organization.- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, assess performance against key financial metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, investment analysis, and profitability assessments.- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.- Facilitate the financial integration of new initiatives and technologies into Carrier's business services offerings, assessing financial viability and return on investment.- ** Strategic Financial Leadership**:- Act as a key financial advisor to the Global Business Services leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and operational efficiency improvements.- Drive the financial evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, supporting the company's growth and expansion strategy.- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains, aligning financial strategy with business objectives.- ** FP&A Systems and Process Improvement**:- Champion the use of advanced FP&A tools and systems, such as Hyperion (HFM) and SAP Finance, to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.- Spearhead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and technological advancements.**Minimum Requirements**:- ** EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS**:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.G., CFA, CPA) preferred.**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**:7+ years' experience in finance positions of increasing responsibility, with a strong focus on FP&A within a large, global organization.Demonstrated experience in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Proven track record of developing financial models, conducting financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.Advanced proficiency in financial systems (Hyperion (HFM), SAP Finance) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
