Job OverviewTE Connectivity's Program Management Teams are responsible for leading a cross functional team to deliver major customer programs within budget and time limitations in accordance with technical specifications and profit objectives. They manage customer programs (customized engineered solutions for particular end customer platforms) from bid preparation through production. Their duties include:
Developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements;Assembling cross-functional program teams with members from engineering, procurement, sales, production, materials management and quality;Serving as the main point of contact for the customer for all negotiations, decision making, scheduling issues, and problem solving throughout the program;Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met;Arranging modifications as required.What your background should look like:CompetenciesManaging and Measuring Work, Building Effective Teams, Motivating Others
