**Responsibilities**:
Migrate legacy Voice technologies to MS Teams
Support MS Teams L1/L2 support with answers to technical questions, describing best practices, and share that knowledge with other team members
Work with customers toanalyze project requests and align proposed with the product roadmap, customer plans, and strategic goals
Advise and co-lead M365 projecom start nish, including proof of concepts, pilots, and initiatives and brief the status of those in a professional manner
**Qualifications**:
Strong Voice knowledge (Analog lines, VoIP, configuring hunt groups, DIDs, voice trunks, etc.)

Bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of Importante empresa in a role managing MS Teams as an administrator (L2/L3 support)

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic environment
