- This position has local and global interaction and needs to have constant communication as part of the Global CO Network, to ensure the accurate deployment of initiatives and changes to secure the ambition and goals, to have in control the Moulding Cost (Cost by CO) which is one of the drivers for Moulding organization and global perspective.
**What your day will look like**:
- Execution of the production plan (change over) in collaboration with the different partners planning, MQ/RU, engineering, maintenance, based on the business needs and ambitions with a coordinated attitude on the medium and long term, striving to maintain and improve the level of service and contribute with the inventory level and sales in TLG.
- Lead a team of employees to ensure the Change Over performance base on SQDCP through the alignment and collaboration with all the support areas, to maintain a great work environment.
- Make sure the Moulding Production Area, following established safety, quality, and cost parameters, and ensure compliance of the main area critical metrics.
- Find opportunities, drive and support on Continuous Improvement Projects, using the LCI tools (PPS, RIE, FB, etc), identifying root causes and complete accurate action-plan and follow up.
- Drive the appropriate implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes, complying the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to the area to have the proper standardization and safety behaviors.
- Management and Control of CO Cost that is part of the Moulding Hour Cost.
- Coordinate with Local Stakeholders the accurate delivery and balance of the Moulding Activities to ensure deliver high end results. (Loss Reports)
- Coordinate with Global Stakeholders the accurate alignment and expectations of the results needed to be on the same channel of outcome and have better initiatives on global initiatives. (Project, Lead Factory, etc)
**Are you up for the challenge?**
- Engineering preferred.
- Leadership experience of a group of people. (20 people)
- + 3 years of experience in a leadership role as Manager in production or manufacturing environment.
- Green Belt is a Plus.
- SAP and injection moulding experience is desirable.
- English is a must.
