Responsible for managing the effective implementation and distribution of new products for the
organization.
- Overseeing product life cycle management.
- Lead the execution of Kit NPI projects.
- Plan by collaborating with process partners and team members implementing major activities
within the project plan; balance trade-offs to maintain enterprise perspective and customer focus
while planning and executing major activities supporting NPI projects.
- Identify potential problems early and resolve problems with the team in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings and facilitate meetings as necessary.
- Document the activities and issues that surface in the meetings and distribute this to internal and
external team members.
- Develop with NPI Team leader presentation for Gateway Reviews.
- Assist NPI Team leader with the timely creation of key NPI documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency of the NPI Team by identifying and recommending
new approaches and standard operating procedures.
- Resolve internal issues by assuming ownership of problems, strategizing with affected departments,
and selecting and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage and inventory of material not approved, as well as cost impact (E&O)
- Coordinate demand phase-in/phase-out and escalate any discrepancy or risk to the committed plan.
- Follow-up on PPAP documentation completion and follow approval with site customer quality team.
- Plan launch activities for the factory; integrating MPS, SIOP, lines' capacity and operators
**Experience**
Bachelor degree
3 years as NPI Engineer or similar
