Sr Operations Manager

Definition, implementation, and deployment strategy for the Zero-defect mindset within all manufacturing area. Department budget establishment and management (Labor, Overhead & Scrap). Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes if necessary. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures to comply with legal regulations. Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Ensure the accomplishment of the cost reduction objectives. Lead the process improvements strategy. Ensure the new products successful launch.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or related field. Leadership position in the automotive industry, preferably in operational units with direct and indirect responsibility for other employees. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management. Strong knowledge of Automotive Industry standards (IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. Strong management skills with ability to supervise multiple teams. Proficient in English language as mandatory. Experience with PCBA production and manufacturing / testing of complex multi-layer PCBA. Stong knowledge of IPC Class 3 standards. Strong problem solving skills - experience in use of PFMEA, Control Plans, and other core quality tools.
