**Company Description**:
The primary function of this position is to enable significant improvements in our Key Performance Indicators, standardizing Best Practices within the Mexicali site by coaching employees in Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies and systematizes these efforts.
This position is expected to measure the success of their program and work to continuously improve them.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Lead the implementation and operation of** **Continuous Improvement programs to optimize both productivity and business processes at Intuitive Mexicali site.
- Responsible for successfully running the Tiered Meetings Structure for the site.
- Main Facilitator for Value Stream Mapping, business process re-design, Kaizen, Lean thinking, and cycle time reduction events.
- Deliver LSS training based on our Continuous Improvement programs.
- Provide coaching on the tools that ensure the completion of Continuous Improvement projects that are of interest to ISI Mexicali.
- Perform processes for the validation of Continuous Improvement projects about completion / Control Metric and Financial.
- Present projects of Continuous Improvement to the Quality department to ensure compliance with the actual quality system.
- Lead the Continuous Improvement recognition program.
- Create applicable Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Workflows.
- Measure performance of key processes and reports out to extended supply chain team.
- Support on effectively Implement the Intuitive 5S Program.
- Passion for improvement within a Manufacturing and Business Processes environment,
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a change agent through our organization.
- Teach, facilitates and ensure alignment on Continuous Improvement Tools.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- At least 8-10-year experience as a Continuous Improvement or OpEx professional with a strong background in Continuous Improvement Systems deployment.
- At least 8-10-year experience implementing the Lean/Six Sigma principles, in both manufacturing and business environments.
- At least 3-year experience interacting with Leadership positions.
- At least 2-year experience within the medical industry (preferred).
- Experience in Successfully implementing a 5S Program across an organization.
- Experience in Tiered Meetings Deployment.
**Education**:
- Professional Career (Engineering or Business disciplines are preferred).
**Other Studies**:
- Lean Expert / Lean Champion and or Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent preparation (highly desirable).
**Languages**:
- Fluent in written and oral Spanish and English; able to maintain regular communication in both languages.
**Systems Management**:
- MS Office: PowerPoint (High), Excel (High).

- Smartsheet (Medium)
- MURAL (Or equivalent cloud-based Collaborative Platform) (Medium)
- IGrafx (medium)
