As part of Givaudan's **Taste & Wellbeing** business and reporting to the Head of ManEx and Process Technologies, you will be focused on the introduction of new packaging materials and technologies which will contribute to cost saving, quality improvements and sustainability, supporting the T&W LATAM sites to successfully implement global packaging standards. You will have a LATAM scope and work in close collaboration with local teams across the region.Your **core responsibilities** will be:**New packaging materials and equipment**- Identifying and launching new and/or more sustainable packaging materials in the region, ensuring its proper validation and qualification, with a close collaboration with local manufacturing excellence teams; - Leading and/or supporting the introduction of new packaging equipment and lines.**Manufacturing Best Practice through global packaging standards**- Driving the introduction of global packaging standards aligned with global team to achieve packaging material or systems improvements that will impact site performance (quality, cost reduction, yield, safety, sustainability).- Identifying and providing scope and process requirements for technical improvement projects.- Providing support for technical commissioning and start-up of key new packaging equipment / processes at sites; - Coordinating regional and global projects.**Technical Problem Solving and Master Plan Development**- Providing support for process issues that require technical intervention linked to packaging materials, procedures and systems.- Providing input for the technical process aspects linked to packaging systems for Site Master Plans.- Providing technical support and oversight of key packaging initiatives projects region.**Link with local process techs**:- Supporting the technical development of local technical team; - Providing technical training for them.**You?**Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
