We're dedicated to matching you with clients who will value and celebrate your unique skills.We are currently searching for a standout **Sr. Paid Media Buyer **ready to excel in an international setting.**WE OFFER**- Competitive monthly salary range starting at $36,000.00 to $42,000.00 NET.- MXN 2,000 monthly bonus (net).- US Holidays.- 12 vacation days after the first year.- Unlimited PTO's- Remote work.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max.- Analyze and monitor daily ad performance, ensuring attention to detail in managing budgets to stay within allocated amounts.- Maintain expertise in all Google ad offerings and stay informed about best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media.- Stay updated on the dynamic digital ecosystem, understanding how various channels (search, social, native, display) work together.- Contribute to the development of media strategy and Google Ad plans, including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, flighting, and budgeting.- Thoroughly understand clients' business, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Actively manage paid campaigns to achieve clients' goals, whether focused on engagement, leads, sales, reach and frequency, brand awareness, or other objectives.- Analyze performance data, providing intelligent analysis and interpretation, along with actionable plans based on conclusions.- Prepare and present strategic media recommendations, including objectives, strategy, and rationale.- Conduct ad testing to identify high-performing ads and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.- Communicate effectively with clients and account teams, providing updates on planning, performance, project status, and client goals.- Develop and oversee the execution of campaign plans.**REQUIREMENTS**- Advanced English (written and verbal).- Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google ad campaigns.- Proficient in analyzing data and delivering insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, catering to clients with varying levels of platform understanding.- Previous responsibilities include regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management.- Skilled in using Google Apps, including Sheets, Slides, and Docs.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.- Possesses a determined, analytical mindset.- Proficient in balancing and adhering to strict budgets.- Self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills.- Demonstrates an extremely detail-oriented approach with proven organizational skills.- Bonus points for holding Google Certified credentials.**SCHEDULE**- Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00)
