This role will support managers and directors, driving HR strategies, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring the effective recruitment of top talent.
The successful candidate will split their time, spending approximately 20% on recruitment and the remainder on strategic HR business partnering.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our Latin American business units by leveraging HR acumen, data-driven decision-making, and proactive engagement with stakeholders.What you'll do:Serve as a subject matter expert in HR practices, organizational workforce planning, talent and performance management, employee engagement survey analysis and action planning.Provide guidance and insights into HR trends and best practices within your region.Support the recruitment efforts for local Engineering, Business and Corporate functions.In partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership, design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing innovative sourcing methods and building strong talent pipelines.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and support the selection process.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, with a focus on recruitment and strategic HR support.Experience working within the Latin American market is essential.Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.Knowledge of regional labor laws and HR compliance standards.Relocation Statement:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
