Helps to compile research to identify improvements of features, functionality, and dealer/aftersales readiness regarding all products. Makes recommendations on research findings.Creates and maintains Aftersales Connected Car annual calendar of Aftersales projects and enhancements.Manages digital business program budget, submit monthly accruals, and works with Manager, Digital Programs on reforecasting as needed Compiles, submits, and audits monthly dealer billing for all Aftersales digital programs such as connected car data.Assist in development, maintenance and management of reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using Python, SQL, Business objects, Snowflake, and Tableau.Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data using Python, SAP Business Objects and other extraction tools. Create and store data effectively within the data mart or data lake solutions, understand online analytical processing, as well as maintaining data analytics platforms so that data can effectively be mined for information by the end user body.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and awareness including Global Aftersales Connected (QL0), Nissan Digital, Service Marketing, Customer Journey OneApp, Connected Car Services, VCS Project Design, HFE/Marketability, TCS, etc. to develop an integrated plan.Assist Sr. Planners to create business cases Other duties as assigned by Manager**Job Knowledge and Skill**: skilled in management multiple projects at a time, prioritization, and ensuring revenue generation is at the forefront of the project plans at all times.**Experience**:A minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in automotive with experience specifically in Aftersales, Connected Services, or program management.**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Consider equivalent work experience, related college or technical courses, seminars, and in-house classroom training.Advanced English**Computer Skills**:Superior analytical skills. Advanced hands-on experience using Tableau and Business Objects to create business intelligence reports and visualizations (1-2 years).Some knowledge of Python, Snowflake 'Snowsql', experience beneficial.Advanced ExcelTechnical automotive Aftersales experience beneficial.Knowledge of NNA systems beneficial.Strong self-management, project management, and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to coordinate large group experience beneficial.Clear, concise and persuasive in written and oral communications.Ability to think strategically and to operate independently, execute projects, and streamline work efforts.Possesses the desire to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere.Ability to absorb and objectively understand new materials. Results driven even in the face of resistance or setbacks.A broad understanding of the automotive industry.**Travel**:Up to 10% day or overnight travelMexico City Mexico
