- Material pull creation
- Material shortages analysis and Orders material arrangement with alternates
- Production Order Scheduling DPS
- Master Production Schedule in base of material Recovery (MPS)
- Lead daily production meetings, WIP Report
- Long term production planning based on materials
- Special COOP's of materials for specific model of products
- Daily TECO activity including daily track.

- Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Production system engineer.
- Language: English Advanced
- Experience required planning position 3-5 years.
- Knowledge of ERP system a must (SAP or other).
- Act as key user for modules PP/MM and as proxy for planning manager/Coordinator
- Attend customer operations meetings and follow up on any open actions assigned to the department.
- Capacity planning and utilization, analyze if it is necessary to adjust in case of an increase or reduction in demand and provide advice to the manufacturing and PM teams.
- Close collaboration with supply chain to achieve on time starts for production orders.
- Develop and publish master production schedule, customer PO status, material restriction and recoveries, production start date.
- Forecast upload and analysis on demand variations.
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Prepare production-planning reports, on time start percentage, production attainment, capacity utilization.
- Provide technical and process support to teammates
- Responsible to publish just in the time daily production schedule based on customer priorities and aging.
- Utilize lean manufacturing and kaizen methods to improve processes
- WIP monitoring and actions to close aged orders.
- Knowledge of ERP system a must (SAP or other)
