Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and oversee the PMO function within the subsidiary.Manage the planning of priority and transformational projects to ensure efficient execution and collaboration between departments.Document the creation, development, and execution of projects, providing comprehensive reports to executives regarding scope and justification.Oversee project development to ensure efficient task completion, compliance with company standards, adherence to budgets, and meeting established deadlines.Chief of Staff Responsibilities:Support the senior management team, ensuring effective communication and coordination among various departments.Assist in strategic planning, provide administrative support, and oversee special projects for the MD.Serve as a point of contact between senior management and other staff members.Requirements and Skills:Minimum of 5 years in project management or a similar role with proven leadership skills and experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce comprehensive reports and effectively communicate with executives and team members.Strong organizational and technical skills to manage and oversee diverse projects effectively.Exceptional interpersonal and multitasking abilities to foster collaboration and ensure efficient task completion.2-3 years of management consulting experience from a top firm or corporate strategy experience with a demonstrated track record in strategy realization and project management.Relevant training and/or certifications in project management models such as Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Kanban, Six Sigma, etc., are essential (at least 2 of them).Advanced proficiency in English.Completed bachelor's degree.Desirable: Pharmaceutical background.#J-18808-Ljbffr
