This pivotal role demands a blend of data analysis, strategic pricing model development, and collaboration with sales and marketing to drive sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have a history of applying pricing insights to boost profitability and uphold our commitment to Pricing Excellence. Daily engagement with SAP, Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI is expected, alongside creating analytics and dashboards for pricing execution and performance monitoring. You'll also conduct in-depth analyses to tackle pricing challenges and uncover new opportunities, while standardizing KPIs to track and report on pricing effectiveness in alignment with our business strategies.Your responsibilities will includeDivisional Pricing Strategy:Supporting the definition of Divisional Pricing Strategies and related activities.Supporting new product launch plans specifically related to pricing strategies and supporting its implementation in compliance with EMEA Pricing Policy.Reporting, Analytics and Performance execution:Develop analytics and dashboards that support pricing execution & monitoring across countries and franchises under senior team supervision.Conduct ad-hoc analyses to deep dive in any identified pricing challenge and identify new pricing opportunities.Identify and operationalize core KPIs to monitor price performance according to marketing and commercial strategy and create standardized dashboards to be reviewed on a regular basis.Opportunity Identification & Customer Insights:Leverage process and requirements within the Commercial Excellence practice to improve the collection of inputs from the field.Support on identifying emerging trends on competitor performance; reporting on specific price trends.Sharing pricing best practices across the organization.Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to further improve pricing tools and processes.Pricing Strategy:Partner with franchise leads and Marketing teams to set up pricing strategy for product and service portfolio.Create Pricing Schemes and Policies for key franchises based on product life cycle.Work closely with Country Sales and Marketing to identify pricing challenges and develop commercial price concepts.Deal Design & tools:Partner with local commercial and marketing organizations to maximize value generation on key deals.Develop pricing guidelines based on strategic priorities.Reporting & Analytics:Develop analytics and dashboards that support pricing execution & monitoring across countries and franchises.Drive usage of pricing analytics across the division.What we are looking for in youRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree or degree on Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, International Business, or Actuarial Science.At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.Preferred qualifications:Health care ecosystem knowledge.Advanced Degree: A master's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field can be advantageous.Analytical Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, complex analytics, and scenario modeling.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.Requisition ID: 584592So, choosing a career with Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) isn't just business, it's personal.
