.Job DescriptionThe role of SAP Principal Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating business needs; coordinating on assisting with the requirements gathering, documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes, functional specification design, configuring, testing, and implementing SAP Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning & MRP processes for a high-volume semiconductor manufacturer including multiple wafer fabs, assembly/test operations, and warehouses. This includes providing technical support and training.Responsibilities:Serve as the key intermediary between the vendors/customers and a variety of internal contacts.Assist project teams to gather requirements and translate requirements into designs that leverage existing solutions where practical.Assess change drivers, translate them into viable projects and identify threats & opportunities.Coordinate all delivery resources and ensure appropriate subject matter experts, analysts, and system specialists are assigned to deliver solutions.Work closely with PM to ensure design and delivery meet expectations.Ensure design issues and options are clearly articulated and communicated to reach the right conclusion with demonstrable audit trail.Focus primarily on Logistics, Material Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Planning elements.Provide solutions using and implementing SAP best practices.Develop specifications for custom reports and programs based on user requirements.Design/develop testing processes to ensure end-to-end performance, programs, and data integrity.Provide training and support for business users relevant to SD/MM/PP/WM and Engineering Elements.Manage specific background job requirements relative to LO/MM/PP/IM/WM modules.Troubleshoot critical job failures and resolve issues that prevent successful batch job execution.Proficient in researching SAP Notes.Lead system integration testing and user acceptance.Train businesspeople to ensure system is used appropriately.Coach and develop fellow colleagues.Coordinate, test, and implement new versions or updates for software applications.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification in Computer Science or other relevant specialization.At least 12 years of experience with responsibility for delivering SAP SD/MM/PP functionality in a manufacturing environment.Ability to deal well with pressurized situations, focusing on the task at hand and objective solutions.A multi-tasker who focuses on delivery with the ability to work to tight deadlines.Fluency in English (speaking, written, and reading).Proven experience in working cross-culturally and across multiple time zones.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven experience in Project Management, change management, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.Master's degree in a related area considered a plus.Customer service oriented.Self-motivated and proactive
