.The Sr Process Analyst, R&D will work closely with the Leader of Process Management within LIXIL International R&D to manage the health and continuous development of the Stage Gate process for global projects. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of new product development. The role contributes to the effective implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of Stage Gate and the product development and commercialization process. The Sr Process Analyst, R&D may also assist the Project Management of select key process or NPD related projects.This individual will assist the Global Stage Gate Process Expert.The position requires familiarity with Stage Gate, continuous learning, and is required to assist on all aspects of the process and to evaluate best practices for today and future growth.Process and System Coordinator - Consults on process requirements and roadblocks. Supports the sustaining, updating, and improving of the project portfolio management system.Supports the creation and maintenance of process-related documentation including but not limited to: templates, procedures, RACI charts, meeting invitation lists, reference materials, etc.Provides process and system coaching and assistance to cross-functional teams as needed.Assists with maintenance of the project portfolio management system.Participates on process improvement teams and integrates updates back into Stage Gate and new product development processes.Educator - Supports training for the organization. Creates videos and presentations for in-person or GPS online training and maintains the content. Training sessions include but are not limited to:One-on-one for new hires or as requestedGroup training for process improvements and changeGate Facilitator - Supports the Gate Review meetingsMonitors preparedness to support streamlined decision-makingMonitors Gates for process effectiveness, noting opportunities for continuous improvementScorekeeper - Tracks process metricsWorks with Finance on an annual update to Project ThresholdsSupports the development and maintenance of metricsThis individual will also provide support for managing the implementation of select new product process development programs involving cross-functional and cross-regional (including international) collaboration. This role will assist and may manage project plans, timelines, budgets, team members, and resources while monitoring the process from concept through launch
