Sr Process Engineer

Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesProvide technical expertise to ensure the operation produces product that meets all quality, cost, and efficiency requirements. You will identify ways to improve safety, quality, yields, and the capability of existing processes while also assisting in the scale up and implementation of developmental products/processes. Core challenges include leading continuous process improvement to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the operation to meet goals established by the business along with providing technical guidance to the operations team to assist with process troubleshooting along with developing corrective action plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead productivity projectsMaintain engineering documentsScope Capital projectsOptimize energy consumption.Develop technical solutionsPerform root cause analysisUtilize Six Sigma toolsIdentify process KPI/KPOsDevelop process control plansCreate process packagesYOU MUST HAVE ·Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field ·6+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role ·Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies ·Proficiency in process analysis and data-driven decision-making ·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills ·Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. WE VALUE ·Master's degree in engineering or a related field ·Experience in leading process improvement projects. ·Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification ·Knowledge of industry regulations and standards ·Strong project management skills ·Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
