As a Sr. Process Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager. and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih. location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our manufacturing operations by identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in process engineering will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, resulting in improved product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced waste. By holding this role, you will contribute to the success of our organization and help us maintain our position as a leader in the industry. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct process analysis, including data collection and analysis, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams to resolve process-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process engineering to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

**WE VALUE**:

- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in leading process improvement projects
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Strong project management skills
