Ensuring the accomplishment of IATF16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 standards (and other specific customer requirements) within the area.
Ensuring the adherence of the team members to the Zero defects mindset.
Revising operator instructions and visual aids and developing training plans for new employees.
Ensuring the accomplishment of Mfg. Specialist (operators) rotation plans to comply with ergonomic standards.
Developing changeover procedures.
Supporting the OPEX implementation process.
Ensuring the on-time updating of manufacturing documentation.
Participation in the Daily Start-up/Accountability meeting and reporting the corrective actions to internal and external failures occurred.
Participation in the ECN's and Builds meetings.
Participating since day 1 in the product launch meetings for new models to be launched in his/her production lines.
Participating in all new models builds phases of the products to be launched in his/her production lines.
Issuing and following up the builds feasibility issues list in each build phase.
