Responsible for the supply chain management at the site level, commercial terms management (Price, LT, MOQ) in SAP, supplier escalations process and the development of special projects to improve the site direct Material suppliers.
Supports all Projects and Initiatives in accordance with the Goals and Objectives proposed during the year (HPD).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive best industry practices within all Honeywell divisions and the supporting supply base.
- Lead the supplier relationship on the site & support actions for supplier's performance OTTR (Delivery),
to meet business and site expectations.
- Responsible for proper escalation for problem resolution.
- Maintain compliance with corporate, and facility policies and procedures.
Ensure the highest ethical standards of integrity and professionalism are adhered to in the procurement and process-ERP setup (PIRs, Source list)
- Semi Master file maintenance
- PIR Yearly update
- Commercial Invoices resolution and credit hold expedite payments.
- Components Integration from site to Softco
- Procurement contracts negotiation support (Productivity & Inventory programs set up on site level)
- Work in coordination with the Materials Planner for the material with engineering changes, termination dates, starting dates of part numbers, to avoid excess of inventory, shortage of material, and obsolescence.
- Provide support supervising the generation of final orders for LTB (Last time buy).
- Meet with direct reports to review goals; objectives and task accomplishments.
- Participate in Annual Physical Inventory for the ACT-Softco material in the plant
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel
- Must possess excellent communication, negotiation and leadership, skills, attention to project detail and the
development of alternative plans to ensure satisfactory deliver of supplies, material, in accordance with company goals.
- Demonstrated experience in progressively more challenging and responsible roles.
