About the role The Product Design team at Sofía is an innovative team committed to designing intuitive and impactful user experiences. Our goal is to make taking care of your health easier, and we do so by understanding our user needs and designing seamless journeys for our soci@s , company admins, doctors and more!
As a Product Designer at Sofía, your mission will be to know our users like the back of your hand and understand the value that Sofía brings to their lives. You will be actively involved in defining and designing product and experience solutions that we build for our soci@s , from mapping the user journey to interaction design. You will participate in strategic decision-making by understanding business objectives, bringing the user perspective to the table, and guiding the product team to develop feasible, human-centered solutions. You will collaborate extensively across departments to ensure that our design solutions meet the needs of our users while aligning with our business goals.
What you'll do Understand and solve complex business problems to generate a positive impact on people's lives. Build and develop efficient solutions that have great value to improve the way millions of people take care of their health. Design multiple platforms, since as a Product Designer in Sofia you will be responsible for building 360 experiences, covering internal tools, platform for external suppliers and, above all, our app users. Build your interfaces based on a brand manual and internal design system, which will allow you to share your proposals directly with the team that develops these tools. Have ownership of your proposals before the different teams of the company, which will allow you to develop the design process from start to finish. Interact with diverse profiles in a clear, objective, receptive manner and always open to feedback. Which will allow you to learn from many different specialties, such as medical, compliance, marketing, operations, engineering and many more. Share and exchange your ideas and knowledge with peers in your specialty to build a multidisciplinary design team. What we're looking for Have experience in designing mobile and web interfaces. With a disruptive vision and attention to detail. Our main tool at Sofía is Figma. Strong skills in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases a strong design process and real-world impact. Have experience following Design System and Branding guidelines. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and effective design solutions. Technical skills to develop in all phases of the design process from understanding to execution. Have the ability to base your design decisions with a user perspective based on an understanding of the problem and business objectives. Experience executing UX Research processes is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Curious and self-taught person, who is not afraid to raise your hand or learn new things.
