It is important overall in terms of providing an excellent CX in Payments Acceptance and Experience- and providing payment products that provide for ease of use and drive affordability and accessibility.The role of the Senior Product Manager-MX for Payments is key to driving this growth and expansion strategy, to build upon the 125MM payments transactions we have already processed over the last 2 years.
This role will identify, build, launch and manage the operations and customer engagement for new payment products for Mexico.
Writing PRFAQs and BRDs will be essential, as well as gaining buy in for these products amongst key stakeholders in the business and in tech.- Product management and development, working together with technical teams to improve payment operations and customer experience- Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features- Strong data analysis experience, extracting insights that drive business decisions- Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics- MBA or equivalent experience- Payments experience- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including technical, engineering, and marketing- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into business and product requirements- Superior verbal and written communication skills
