Ensure to have staff capacity and equipment according to demand:
Ensure keeping up to date capacity levels in SAP in agreement with the S and OP requirements andthe actual order entry:
Support Value Stream Map creation and Maintenance:
Lead daily Core Team meetings:
Lead the core team to meet and exceed bussiness unit goals and metrics:
Maintain close surveillance over manufacturing activities through reports, meetings and continuous feedback:
