This role will be responsible for leading all marketing initiatives and 360 plans for up to 3 top wholesale accounts. The role works directly with account sales teams, extended account support teams, and cross-functional leaders to develop the account marketing strategy and plan aligned to account growth objectives, sales plans, and marketing goals. This role is also responsible for the execution of the plans in alignment with local Brand marketing and relations with the account's marketing teams and agencies as needed.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Develop a 12-18 month Account-Based Marketing strategy aligned with the overall brand strategy, taking into consideration the commercial goals.- Securing alignment with customer needs, sales, and marketing objectives.- Manage account marketing budget and work with external agencies to execute campaigns and tactics- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations on developing the appropriate marketing metrics including visibility into marketing campaign results and measurement of campaign effectiveness, lead generation, opportunity creation, service adoption, pipeline contribution, and ROI of our marketing efforts within the account.- Develop custom messaging and assets as needed to drive the development of a custom 1:1 account marketing program that addresses specific customer challenges.- Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to leverage best practice content and assets.**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience supporting sales teams such as Field Marketing or Partner Marketing- At least 2 years of Account-Based experience working with large wholesale accounts- Proven experience developing an account marketing strategy and plan and landing tactics that move the strategy forward in a meaningful way- Ecom and digital marketing experience preferred**Education And / Or Experience**:- Good written communications skills in both English and Spanish.- Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve.- Interested in building programs and processes from the ground up and comfortable in ambiguous environments.- A strong team player - comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment.- Strong negotiation skills - attention to detail
