That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.**Purpose of Role**:Execute pricing strategies for Under Armour assortment to deliver fiscal year or seasonal target and respecting or taking into consideration the market reality. They work closely with several other departments, including Merchandising (Category and GMM), Sales Planning and Demand Planning to reflect the best business needs and reality.**Your Impact**:- Execute the Price Strategy based on US Strategy and architecture for a consistent global footprint- Collab with Category and GMM to build a strong architecture that take into consideration local needs- Perform competitor analysis on comp styles/products- Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition- Generate seasonal report across planning process and execution process to measure / manage margin; here work in high collaboration with FP&A Product Margin Team- Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels- Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing products- Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives and barriers- Work with the sales and merchandising to define pricing structure for Under Armour across all subsidiaries- Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions- Pricing Managers help to identify target markets and review customer trends to help determine the need for new products.- Drive the Initial pricing, but also the entire funnel with mark downs and ending season sales that will impact future season strategy and plan and feed the planning process**Qualifications**:- University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus- Experience in pricing in same industry or fast fashion industry- Keen eye for identifying opportunity- Excellent verbal and written communication skill- Business oriented mindset- Effective and superior reporting and presentation skills- Able to sit in front of a computer screen long hours and manage excel like a master- Great analytical skillset to drive the business with fact base and financial mindset- Team Player
