Purpose of RoleExecute pricing strategies for Under Armour assortment to deliver fiscal year or seasonal target and respecting or taking into consideration the market reality. They work closely with several other departments, including Merchandising (Category and GMM), Sales Planning and Demand Planning to reflect the best business needs and reality. Your ImpactExecute the Price Strategy based on US Strategy and architecture for a consistent global footprintCollab with Category and GMM to build a strong architecture that take into consideration local needsPerform competitor analysis on comp styles/productsScope out opportunities based on market trends and industry conditionGenerate seasonal report across planning process and execution process to measure / manage margin; here work in high collaboration with FP&A Product Margin TeamIdentify ideal pricing structures and sales funnelsDraft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing productsCreate reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives and barriersWork with the sales and merchandising to define pricing structure for Under Armour across all subsidiariesAddress issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestionsPricing Managers help to identify target markets and review customer trends to help determine the need for new products
