**Your Role**
- Lead and manage large-scale programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure alignment on program goals and objectives.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on program management best practices and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and project plans, ensuring regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coach, mentor, and develop project team members, providing performance feedback and career development support.

**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- +8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in complex organizations.
- Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
- Extensive experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Consulting background with experience working in client-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
