With our strong presence in the region and our talented team, we are well-positioned to deliver innovative solutions that improve the safety and reliability of vehicles.**Your Role**- Lead and manage large-scale programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and organizational readiness assessments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure alignment on program goals and objectives.- Provide thought leadership and guidance on program management best practices and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and project plans, ensuring regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, using appropriate tools and techniques.- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking throughout the program lifecycle.- Coach, mentor, and develop project team members, providing performance feedback and career development support.**Your Background**Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- +8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in complex organizations.- Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing- Extensive experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and organizational readiness assessments.- Consulting background with experience working in client-facing roles is preferred.- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decision-making
