**Sr.
Program Manager Digital Transformation**
Program Manager to drive strategic Digital Transformation program for Latin America and develop the foundations of the digital innovation ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include establishing prioritization framework, identifying and coordinating processes, monitoring and managing program performance.
In collaboration with the Digital Community, this role will be crucial in defining and shaping new digital offerings for the organization.
- Own and centrally monitor the digital project portfolio by establishing frameworks to track milestones, goals and objectives, communicate progress and help identify issues early on
- Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning and budgeting process for leadership commitment, prioritization, resource allocation and execution
- Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we're investing in the right tools and resources
- Enhance the digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones
- Identify and simplify the complex interactions between relevant functional teams and various existing governance bodies and processes within CLARIOS leading to a product management approach.
- Develop effective processes that improve team's productivity across initiatives and to identify Regional and Global synergies (i.e.
content management, best practices, etc.)
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between external partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
- Identify innovation trends and business opportunities within the market Presenting new ideas and approaches to key stakeholders
- Work closely with HR to set and implement the Change Management strategy for Digital Transformation
**Qualification, Skills and Competencies**:
- Experience in Project Management and/or Program Management, proven track record managing multiple project implementations and workstreams, has experience working with cross-functional teams and managing organizational dynamics, and is technology savvy.
- Have a good knowledge and experience in Digital Transformation from the business perspective.
- Ability to deal constructively with highly complex situations by asking key questions, defining the scope of the project and breaking large challenges into smaller tasks
- Exceptional teaming and interpersonal skills and strong advocacy for collaborative working
- Delegation, coordination, and issues management are crucial
- Ability to motivate and influence people without formal authority
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage a broad range of functions and levels
- Deep understanding of agile, lean principles
- Have an analytical mindset
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Excellent written and spoken English - other languages an advantage
