Job summary Amazon Mexico currently seeks an innovative, hands-on, analytical and results-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead the various programs of Fulfiment by Amazon (FBA).
FBA offers logistic services to third-party selling partners on our marketplace, in Mexico and beyond.
A successful Program Manager must be able to work independently, understand rapidly the key pain points of the processes, and influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization.
This role will particularly suits someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.
Key job responsibilities Your key responsibilities include: Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBA as well as drive process improvements.
Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA process (domestically and internationally).
Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities, and initiate high-impact projects based on analyses.
Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review ops / business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations.
- Skilled on SQL, Tableau, or any business / analytical and intelligence tool
- Experience with logistics, manufacturing, large-scale physical operations, or related fields.
- Support and engagement experience with international technology and business teams in a highly-matrixed environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems, and large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes -including advanced proficiency in MS Excel-.
- Demonstrated project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders effectively, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Legal and Tech.Inclusive team culture
