In this position, the individual will also be responsible for achieving the program targets captured in the project release document (schedule, quality, costs, manufacturing readiness and budget), and for directing the Product Development Team (PDT).**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:- Capture product requirements, align with BU, Engineering and Operations functions, and establish a SOR (scope of record) prior to SG2. Develop and publish a ProChain based schedule. Monitor the plan throughout the project. Drive and track required actions and follow ups especially when the execution of the project is off schedule.- Work with NPI representatives across the company on a sample delivery plan for ES/QS.- Set up and direct a Product Development Team (PDT). Regular meetings (weekly or more frequently) of the PDT to track the progress of the project and to drive project execution.- Identify and quickly make decisions. Advance decisions that are beyond the scope of the PDT in a timely fashion.- Ongoing and active risk and change request management.- Drive product qualification and ramp as well as hand-off to sustaining PDTs according to the handoff process.- Regular (weekly) reporting of the program status to leadership. Coordinate and lead report outs at work reviews and program reviews.- have worked in a program management function before and are able to drive complex development projects,- are self-aligned, outspoken, and able to get things done following a structured approach,- can quickly analyze data and information,- communicate openly and effectively.- have a good presence in meetings and excellent presentation skills.- have a strong engineering background in semiconductor industry, ideally a good understanding of memory product development.- can travel domestically and internationally,- have 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or system development.**Education**: BS degree or equivalent engineering degree required"The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
