To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class service levels through multiple fulfillment channels.Key job responsibilitiesThis role is responsible for the full picture of External Fulfillment Speed in MX, from day-to-day dive deeps to understand trends to driving strategic direction of Speed investmentsDevelop, implement, and manage KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility of milestones and performance across all projects and using this data to drive/influence business decisionsSecure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and milestones and drive delivery of main projectsInfluence processes design and developmentBenchmark globally to share best practices and improve outcomes for Amazon customersMexico City, DIF, MEX- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
