Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Previous experience in operational logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, general management or engineering role.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
- Analytical skills to evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, etc.
- English level: B2+ (upper intermediate)

Key job responsibilities
ACES LM Routing Manger is focused on supporting on the road improvements made on behalf of Amazon customers. As an Operations Manager, the individual will lead a team of Area Managers to drive performance across routing and in-station operations for AMZL Mx. In this role, the ACES LM Routing Manager will be responsible for building processes, systems, and mechanisms to monitor performance across multiple Delivery Stations daily. In this position, the individual will drive execution and efficiency through data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving. The role will be accountable for cost, customer experience, and delivery partner experience, both in daily execution and long-term step-function improvements. Additional responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team, nurturing positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise routing execution and productivity in all stations in Mx.
- Responsible for the overall delivery cost, and customer experience for all Delivery Stations
- Create communication programs to establish great work culture for the team through active feedback
- Responsible to validate execution vs planning and scheduling needs
- Deep dive intra-day and intra-week trends and create action plans to address operational issues in coordination with Delivery Stations, Partner teams, and OTR Mangers
- Own taking proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared in partnership with Central Operations and Ops
