Sr Programmer Analyst - Alldata

**Position Summary**:- Manage the day to day operations of a Software Development Team- Mentoring and training for Software development teams.- Ensures quality of development by closely monitoring programming standards are being adhered to by staff.- Researches and designs solutions to issues reported by the business.**Responsibilities**:- Development Duties as required; ensures production systems are adequately monitored for performance issues, scheduling and recovery.- Ensures quality of development by closely monitoring programming standards are being adhered to by staff - including coding standards, change process and documentation.- Meet with Users to discuss problems and negotiate prioritization of problems based on financial impact to the business and alignment with strategic direction**Skills and Requirements**:- Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent- Area of study: Computer Science- Years of experience: Five to seven years.- Type of experience: Project management, personnel management, data engineering, software development- Special certifications or technical skills: Java, Proficient with Relational Database Technologies and SQL, Version Control.- Other/preferred: Cloud Services, ETL Technologies.- Able to fluently communicate verbally in English and Spanish
