**Mission**:
You'll join the Presales team operating worldwide and already located in Paris, Rennes, Tel Aviv, Miami and Singapore.
Working closely with the sales managers, you build TV solutions proposals (IPTV, OTT, Security) for our prospects and customers in the LATAM area.
You analyze their needs, their business challenges, their technical ecosystem and build the most accurate solution proposal in cooperation with the Marketing and Operations teams.
**Activities**
- Project and Operation management
- Facilitate technical meetings to effective response of queries and requirements
- Direct technical requirements to the corresponding areas
- Follow up on pending tasks
- Define priorities and track the progress with corresponding areas
- Customer care (availability at night is required)
- Support the commercial activity: demos, PoCs, exhibitions, commercial presentations
- Identify new potential partnerships in the region
- Contribute to the development of the VO roadmap and porfolio
**Technical environment**:
- Headend (encoding, mux, video servers, origin server, CDN)
- Middleware (head end and STB-embedded)
- Pay TV Information system
- STB, Android, Linux
- Oracle and Mongo DB
**As the Sr. Project Manager, your main tasks will be**:
- Manage relationship with one of our main customers in LatAm
- Coordinate the writing of project and technical documentation and reviews with the customer
- Organize all coordination meetings (kick-off, weeklies ) with the customer, reportings
- Coordinate internally with VO French & Israeli teams or Partners to ensure planning and deliverables quality
- Handle escalations, analyze project issues and mitigate risks
- Gather and clarify customer new requirements
**About you**:
**Required skills**
- Experience in Video + project management skills + soft skills to manage high profile client
- 10+ years in technology, project management and experience managing external customer relationship
- Engineer profile with good technical sensitivity and experience
- PMO methodology (SoW, planning, risk management, reporting) & knowledge in Agile project management frameworks
- Familiar with a Product Owner role
- Very rigorous with strong analysis and synthesis capacities
- Ability to work effectively across organizations
- Strong leadership and customer oriented
- Conflict Management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent representative, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
French is a plus
- Ability to work in an international team
