**YOUR ROLE**
- You will be part of a highly skilled and experiences Procurement team which is responsible for all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and external Contract Manufacturing Items within Latin America and a focus on Henkel Consumer Brands.
- Intense project work in various transformation projects including, but not limited to: Simplified Raw Materials (fragrances, cosmetic actives & specialty's, silicones and surfactants).
- Ensures the full potential of the Regional Basket Supply Base can be identified and assessed
- Challenges and enriches the MG's goals and strategies, incl. all short, mid and long term fin. targets and any risk mitigation strategies
- Guarantees full achievement of regional basket targets by best in class execution of strategies and action plans validated by ONE!GSC hubs Identifies and implements best business partnerships in close cooperation with the regional FP KAM's
- Aligns and cooperates with RSOs, contributing towards overall operational excellence execution of strategies to align with business growth
- Close internal partnerships with the Purchasing Leadership Team and peer stakeholders
**YOUR SKILLS**
- 8 years of experience in Procurement
- Experience negotiating contracts
- Work experience of minimum 5 years +, preferably including Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or PMO positions
- Negotiation and communication skills on a great level with influencing and convincing abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills with creative mindset
- Project management knowledge and team player attitude
- Experience with Microsoft office and SAP
- Strong working proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal & written) are mandatory,
