Sr Qa Manager

EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer, electronics, mechanics or equivalent.Required experience of 5 years on a similar position.Advanced English (reading, spoken and written).RESPONSABILITIES:Define and implement standards, methods and predefined procedures for inspection.Product revision participation from the engineer's department to make considerable changes for the quality requirements.Select, develop, evaluate the personnel to ensure the efficiency functionality.Stablishes operations objectives and work plans, as the product needs it.Ensures that the politics, procedures, global work instructions and provides proper documentation when the product requires some changes.Works with analytic situations that require product data knowledge from the organizational objectives.Plans, coordinates and supervises the quality guaranty to ensure the quality production with the established standardization and specifications.Establishes metric follow up from the control panel that includes the supervision and development from the action system corrective/prevention.Guaranties uniform product, quality guaranty methology and detailed ability to solve problems.Develops and reports KPI information that ensures quality to the interested parts.Applies FMEA, root problem analysis, 8 D, 5 Whys, Six Sigma, fabric procedures adjusted to evaluation and system improvement for the actual guaranteed processes.Maintains a practice knowledge of the codes and standard controls of the industry quality controls.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al díaHorario:- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
