**What your day will look like**:

- Accountable of ensuring the manufacturing of Safe and High-quality products in the Packing area.
- Responsible of leading tasks that will help us to continue striving for a World Class Safety and Culture level in the Packing area.
- Reporting the Quality & EHS results on a daily, weekly and monthly frequency.
- Proactively minimize risks of failures in operations by implementing effective Quality Assurance standards.
- To lead the QEHS Packing team. Contribute in the development of our local strategy to ensure a high-level of Motivation & Satisfaction.

**Are you up for the challenge?**
- +5 years of experience on Quality Operations, Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement areas.
- Experience leading a complementary team of at least 8-12 direct reports.
- Knowledge on ISO 9001, Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Problem-Solving.
