.**Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity**:Honeywell Industrial Safety (Juarez) is a key manufacturing and distribution hub for Portable Gas Detection equipment in the Americas.As Senior Quality Engineer Supervisor you will take a lead role within the Quality team and play an active role in the site leadership team, supporting the Honeywell integrated supply chain. You will provide day to day guidance and mentorship to the quality team in a lean manufacturing arena. Maintain and develop process and product conformance and enhancements, whilst reducing variation to improve customer experience. The role is a pro-active and hands-on role promoting the maintenance and development of site/global quality systems. Responsible for quality metrics, quality techniques, customer complaints and quality investigations within Honeywell Industrial Safety European operations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Overall responsibility for leading Quality activities at Juarez, providing day to day leadership and guidance to the team and Quality signatory for documented changes and permits within the capacity of the site.- Drive the Quality team to support the Honeywell integrated supply chain, maintain and develop process conformance, BIQ and NPI and align with site leadership improvement projects.- Responsible for the implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management System and all activities related to upholding the ISO9001 and other regional accreditations whilst supporting other key functions to ensure conformity to other accreditation standards.- Responsible for customer complaints, leading investigations, co-ordinating product holds and maintain record keeping, ensuring swift resolution of customer issues. Drive investigations to their full conclusion with robust corrective actions and maintain customer feedback.- Ensure key performance indicators are maintained and in control, such as CPPM, COPQ, RTY, Scrap reduction initiatives, etc.- Represent Quality at the site leadership team.- Facilitate investigations to resolve quality issues, including running root cause analysis, closing RAIL items and supporting the evolution of the business culture and global Quality team.- Ensure Quality Maturity is maintained within the current tool and continuous improvement actions are defined.- Monitor supplier performance and non-conformities and ensure team engage when issues arise supporting robust corrective and preventive action. Support supplier transitions when required.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field- Previous Quality Engineering experience minimum 3 years- Previous leadership experience preferred- Demonstrated ability to learn either by on job development or formal education**WE VALUE**:- Manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment.- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal/external customers.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
