**Position Overview**
Responsible for overseeing and improving our quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
**What you'll do**
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and controls
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality requirements
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns
- Mentor and train junior quality assurance team members
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality matters
**Who you are**
- 3 years of experience
- Bachelor degree
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies (APQP, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus
