You will collaborate with the global Engineering and Operations teams to apply a platform usage approach to all new designs, while gathering and implementing design considerations for use across multiple product categories.Duties & Responsibilities:Follow up Quality related activities in all production lines.Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and proactivity within the organization.Monitor daily scrap, FTQ and PPM targets.Approve and follow up PCRs.Follow up to NCMRs, Action Trackers, CARs & SCARs analysis.Evaluate annual performance in Workday.Have a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.Track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee Tool's schedule and process.Manage engine quality engineers and technicians.Develop process inspection methodologies.Supply equipment and tooling to execute Quality activities.Provide support in general activities required by the department.Comply with the quality, safety and environmental policy of the company.Comply with the internal labor regulations.Drive containment actions on quality issues.Coordinate audits of your staff that contribute to effective evaluations to avoid customer complaints.Monitor the performance of audits performed as part of the organization's Quality performance.Non-conforming product quarantine and tracking.Conduct GR&R, CPK study, and SPC follow up.Active participation in new product launches, acting as a customer.Manage, train and guide the personnel in charge to promote their growth within the department and organization.Provide support to the team during launch phases for successful new products and identify weaknesses.Ensure compliance to product specifications as a measure of quality
