**JOB DESCRIPTION**Review and analyze quality trends with the manufacturing team. Considering the quality trends provides direction in terms of setting work priorities for process enhancement. Provide guidance to manufacturing supervisors and process quality technicians to ensure that effective in-depth investigations are performed. Provide leadership and guidance to cross functional, multilevel technical teams to assure causes of non-conformance are identified and understood and that sound corrective/preventive actions are implemented. Evaluation of the implemented corrective and preventive actions against trends to assess effectiveness of the same.- Responsible of daily tracking and communicate on QA Tier 3 meeting the key quality metrics: Internal PPM, CPU (Scrap Rate) and defect pareto to demonstrate accountability.- Responsible to ensure IATF standards during daily Gemba and LSW execution on shopfloor in order to get 0 major and 0 minor non conformities during internal and external audits; once per year.- Responsible to supervise the gathering of capability studies, Gage R&R and SPC records (annually)- Responsible to coach process quality staff on the correct utilization of GBSS tools for problem solving, as well as CORE Quality tools: PCP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering or related areas required.- Experienced quality engineer or complementary skills 5-8 years of relevant experience- English (Advanced)- Six Sigma Black-belt (preferred)- Understands applicable product liability and legal requirements and procedures.- Knowledge of quality systems & standards, e.G.
