Sr. Quality Manager (Audits Subject Matter Expert) - 00959SWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Satisfaction and Sr. Quality Transformation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding quality excellence during change management and driving continuous improvement projects. The change management projects include industrial transfer projects, new offer launching projects, and significant production line transformation projects.Key Responsibilities:Act as subject matter expert (SME) to support the industrial transfer project team with the best knowledge of quality requirements along the full cycle of the projects.Perform audits as per the global quality guideline, and provide the go/no-go decision. Follow up on the action plan and validate the proof before the green light is awarded.Ensure all critical issues and safety risks are mitigated at the gate of mass production to ensure zero safety and regulatory risk.Act as a continuous improvement leader in the assigned critical quality project to improve quality performance.QualificationsKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above.Strong quality mindset and authority. Ability to work under pressure.5+ years of experience in GSC functions such as CS&Q, Project Management, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, etc.Quality professional skills in PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma Black Belt, and XFMEAs, etc., continuous improvement tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.50% travel time.
