Sr Quality Manager

Essential functions: In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors. Ensure that the process control plan is applied and consistent with failure mode & effect analysis (FMEA). Lead process audits and process FMEAs. Create and maintain Quality control documentation. Maintain updates to the Quality manual and Quality assurance procedures. Supervision of documentation and in-process Quality functions in compliance with good manufacturing practices and ISO 9001 & ISO 13485. Conduct internal Quality controls concerning particular areas or company products to ensure they fulfill given Quality procedures and norms. Collaborate with experienced engineers in preparing Quality analyses and recommend necessary Quality procedure changes. Maintain Quality records for the assigned area. Comply with all safety, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and Quality management system (QMS) requirements. Monitor Quality performance and detect Quality and service problems. Manage the internal Quality organization and control methods and processes. Support the achievement of global Quality and operating cost reduction goals. Should have experience in Quality master data and Quality management. We are looking for a senior SAP SCM consultant - manufacturing and Quality specialist to work remotely in Mexico.
