But as we scale our customer base, we need to have the means to handle data at scale and be data-driven.Observability - we are lacking in good telemetry. We need to build this out.3D visualization - we are a company helping hardware engineers so we need to visualize 3D models in CAD documents.Integration with supply chain (including distributors and suppliers) - we need to support integrating upstream activities like prototyping, development, and design, with downstream activities like sourcing, inventory control, manufacturing, and QA.Create a library of reusable front-end components and backend packages.World-class engineering best practices and processes**Requirements**:Write clean JavaScript ES6 codeAdvanced experience in React (class-based and function-based components)Experience in ReduxCSS and SASSExperience in basic unit testing and JestBasic knowledge in Node.JsOrganized and write clean, well-understood codeSelf-driven and problem solveGood sense of system architecture (not talking about massive scalability but basic fundamentals in designing reliable, scalable systems) and coding design patterns (understanding functional programming a plus but not required)Nice to haveFullstack or backend experience and skillKnowledge in Redux-SagaE2E testing and Puppeteer (test orchestration and automation using Chromium)Worked in enterprise software projects beforeDecent DevOps skills, at the very least comfortable with CLI and has a basic understanding of UNIX and the UNIX philosophyProfile5+ yrs of React, and/or Redux.5+ yrs experience in Front End technologies like JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.Knowledge of Database technologies in use consists of MySQL/Aurora, MongoDB, and Redshift
