Coordinate contingent workers and outsource services, manage local related issues- Readiness on Workforce planning to create staffing/redeployment goals for business (Need To Run). Provide support to managers for ADP staffing transactions.- Manage pre-employment ADP module. Hiring process on ADP: Salary assessment & proposal, organizational review, gather approvals with C&B and who are in protocol.
